My account

The user menu at the top right of the panel leads to My account (/{slug}/radmin/account). Everyone sees this page — owners and staff alike.

Login screen — account chips

The /admin sign-in page lists accounts that have previously signed in on that browser as name chips: the most recent first, in a horizontally scrollable row, up to 30 accounts. The list is stored in that browser only; clearing browser data removes it.

Tapping a chip selects that account. If the account has a PIN, the PIN screen appears instead of the password prompt; the Use password instead link switches back to the password. PIN sign-in only works on a device where that account has previously signed in with a password.

PIN lock

An account with a PIN locks to the PIN screen after 10 minutes of inactivity. An account without a PIN is never automatically locked or signed out.

Changing your password

Enter your current password and the new one, then save. If you have forgotten your password you cannot reset it yourself: the owner resets a staff password, and the platform administrator resets an owner's.

Passkey (password-free sign-in)

A passkey lets you sign in with your phone's or computer's fingerprint/face unlock. No password to type, and no password to steal.

  1. Press “Add passkey” under My account → Passkey.
  2. Your device asks for its unlock method; confirm.
  3. From then on you can sign in with the passkey at /admin.

You can add a separate passkey per device and remove a lost device's passkey from the list.

Shared devices

Do not add passkeys on shared tablets in the kitchen or at the till: anyone who unlocks that device is in that account. Use passwords on shared devices.

Panel language

The panel language is per user and stored in the browser; changing it does not affect anybody else. The guest page's languages are separate and managed under Settings → Languages.

Automatic sign-out

Accounts without a PIN are never automatically signed out or locked. If a PIN is set, the account shows the PIN lock screen after 10 minutes of inactivity; entering the PIN continues the session. To prevent unauthorised use of a shared till tablet, use a PIN on shared devices.

Deleting your account

Account deletion at the bottom of the page closes your account permanently. If you are the owner you must transfer the business first, otherwise it is left without an owner.

Transferring the business (owner only)

The owner can transfer ownership of the business to another account. After the transfer the previous owner loses administrative rights; it is used when selling the business or when partners change.

A transfer cannot be undone

Once ownership has been transferred it cannot be reversed without the new owner's consent. Check the e-mail address twice before transferring.
