First steps¶
The order of work from nothing to a running setup. About half an hour end to end.
1. Subscription and account¶
Your business is opened in one of two ways:
On your own: on the /abonelik page you pick a plan (starter / pro /
enterprise), monthly or yearly billing, and enter the business name, business
type and owner e-mail. Payment goes through Stripe. On return from payment the
business and the owner account are created automatically and you land straight
in the panel.
The Resto4 team opens it: a platform administrator creates the business and the owner account for you and gives you a temporary password.
A slug is derived from the business name (for example “Kebapçı Ali” →
kebapci-ali). Your panel address is /{slug}/radmin and your guest page is
/{slug}.
2. Signing in¶
Every sign-in happens at one address: /admin. Use e-mail + password, or a
passkey if you have set one up. The guide address is /wiki; the two
header bars stay fixed while you scroll the panel, and the language menu opens
above those bars.
Where you land afterwards depends on your role:
| Situation | Page that opens |
|---|---|
| Owner with a single business | /{slug}/radmin |
| Owner with several businesses | /my-businesses (picker) |
| Staff | The panel of their business |
| Platform administrator | /management |
Temporary password
If the account was opened for you, change the password from the My account page right after the first sign-in. A temporary password is a password somebody else knows.
3. Business details¶
On Settings → General set the logo, cover image, business name, description and which sections appear on the guest page. Then:
- Contact tab: address, phone, map location.
- Languages tab: which languages the guest page offers, the primary language and the currency.
- Colours tab: the theme colour. No rush — start from one of the six ready templates.
Details: Settings
4. Menu¶
On the Menu page you enter categories first (Starters, Mains, Drinks…), then products. Each product's name and description can be written separately in four languages; a language left empty falls back to the primary language.
If you have many products, use bulk import instead of typing them one by one.

5. Tables and QR codes¶
On the Tables page add your tables and print each table's QR code. The code is table-specific: when a guest scans it, the system knows which table the order came from.
Two main switches live here:
- QR ordering on/off — when off, guests only see the menu and cannot order.
- Require QR scan — when on, orders can only be placed through a table's QR code.

6. Staff¶
Open accounts for your employees on the Staff page: name, e-mail, temporary password and role. Then decide from Owner settings → permissions which role may open which page.
Details: Users and roles
7. Optional: payments, mail, printer¶
These can be enabled later; the system works without them.
- Payments — enter your own Stripe keys and guests can pay by card from the table. Payments
- Mail — enter your own SMTP details and notification e-mails go out from your address. Mail
- Print station — connect a Star CloudPRNT printer and kitchen tickets and bills print automatically. Without a printer, tickets can be opened as PDF. Print station
8. Opening check¶
Confirm you are ready to open like this:
- Scan a table's QR code with a phone; does the menu open in the right language with the right prices?
- Place a test order; does it appear on the Orders page immediately, does the sound alert play?
- Close the order from the Service screen and mark it paid.
- Check that the amount shows up on the Accounting page.
Test orders count as revenue
Test orders are real records too. If you tested before opening, read the first day's figures accordingly; closing an order without taking payment keeps it out of revenue.
