Accounting¶
/{slug}/radmin/accounting — income, expenses and performance. Roles with the
“Reports” permission can see it.
The top cards¶
Income, expenses, net profit and cancelled amounts for the selected period. Pick a comparison period to measure against yesterday or last month.
Business day start hour¶
In a business that closes at 02:00, calendar-day figures mislead: the closing revenue lands on the next day. The business day start hour setting fixes this. Set 06:00, for example, and the day starts at 06:00, so a sale at 03:00 counts towards the previous day.
The setting also recalculates past reports.
Tabs¶
- General
- Income and expense lists, period totals.
- Analysis
- Hourly revenue chart and an income-vs-expense comparison. This is where you see how many people you need on shift at which hour.
- Staff
- Per-waiter statistics: who closed how many tables, and for how much.
- Period
- Two periods side by side; this month against last month.
Entering expenses¶
Record an expense with a category (rent, wages, purchases…), an amount and a date. Net profit is calculated from these, so without regular entry the “net” line is meaningless.
Export¶
The income list downloads as CSV; use it to send to your accountant or to work in your own spreadsheet.
What counts as revenue¶
| Record | Counts as revenue |
|---|---|
| Table marked paid — cash | ✅ |
| Table marked paid — card | ✅ |
| Order paid online by card | ✅ |
| Table closed without payment | ❌ |
| Order cancelled by the guest | ❌ (counted as cancelled) |
End-of-day reconciliation
If the cash in the till does not match the cash line in accounting, first look for tables where the wrong button was pressed on the service screen: a card payment marked as cash keeps the total right but the breakdown wrong.
