Log and reports

/{slug}/radmin/log — everything that has already happened. Requires the “Reports” permission.

Date range

The date picker at the top filters every section at once. It defaults to today; widen it for an end-of-month review.

Type a product name and you see how many were sold in the selected range, their hourly distribution and a daily summary table.

Typical uses:

  • “Is this dessert actually selling, should we drop it?”
  • “How much did this product rise during our campaign week?”
  • “Does it sell at lunch or in the evening?” — the hourly chart answers that.

Order records

A table of all orders: date, table, type, status, items and amount. Paged.

This is the first place to look in a dispute: the definite answer to “what did that table order at that time”.

Security records

Sign-in attempts and account-related events are kept in a separate list. If you see sign-ins at unexpected hours, change passwords and review inactive accounts.

Difference from accounting

  • Log — individual records; the “what happened” question.
  • Accounting — totals and profit/loss; the “how much did we make” question.

You notice a discrepancy in accounting and find its cause in the log.
