Owner¶
The role with access to the whole panel. This page summarises the daily and periodic routine.
Every day¶
At opening
- Dashboard — yesterday's revenue, today's start, critical stock warnings.
- Stock → critical filter — what is missing; draw up the order list.
- Reservations — how many groups are coming today; set the tables up accordingly.
- Menu — mark sold-out items “out of stock”.
During service
- Check the order and service screens now and then; deal with the overdue-table warning when it appears.
- If you print, make sure failed jobs are not piling up in the queue.
At closing
- Make sure no table is left open on the service screen.
- Accounting — does the day's revenue and the cash/card split match the till?
- Enter the day's expenses.
Every week¶
- Accounting → Analysis: use the hourly revenue chart to plan shifts.
- Log → per-product sales: identify what is not selling.
- Accounting → Staff: who brought in how much.
- Compare menu prices against costs.
Every month¶
- Accounting → Period: compare this month with last month.
- Download the income list as CSV and send it to your accountant.
- Review staff accounts: are leavers deactivated, are permissions right?
- Check the subscription status.
Only you can do these¶
- Enter payment (Stripe) and SMTP keys.
- Add, delete and reset passwords for staff.
- Change the permission matrix.
- Transfer ownership of the business.
- Change business settings and menu prices.
Delegating¶
You do not have to do everything yourself. Open an owner assistant account, hand over daily menu and stock work, and keep payment keys and staff management to yourself. That is what the permission matrix is for.
