Settings

/{slug}/radmin/settings — all business settings across tabs. Requires the “Settings” permission. The live phone preview on the right side shows the menu inside a phone frame; changes you make are reflected instantly.

General

Logo, cover image, business name, about text and section visibility: which sections (menu, gallery, about, events, contact) appear on the guest page. Turn off what you do not use; an empty section looks careless.

The photo gallery on the guest page. A few good photos beat many mediocre ones.

Colours

Theme colour, secondary colour, page background, heading and body text colours. There are six ready templates; picking one and adjusting it is faster than starting from scratch.

Check readability while choosing: light grey text on a light grey background is unreadable on a phone in the sun.

Contact

Address, phone, e-mail and map location. The map location lets guests get directions.

Languages

Supported languages decides which language options appear on the guest page, primary language decides what is shown where a translation is missing. The currency is here too.

Unless you are in a tourist area, two languages are usually enough; every language you open means new fields to fill in on the menu.

Payments

Your own Stripe keys, a note about the card terminal and the cash switch. Details: Payments

Mail

Your business's SMTP details; notification e-mails go out through them. Details: Mail

Events

This has its own tab (between Contact/Languages and Advanced). Add events to announce on the guest page (live music, a special menu…) here. Remember to clear out past events.

Advanced

Technical and advanced settings.

Printer setup and the print queue. Details: Print station

The tab address can be shared

The settings page carries the open tab in the address. You can send your staff a link straight to the relevant tab.

Leaving a field empty is not clearing it

For secrets such as payment and SMTP, saving with an empty field means “keep the existing value”; the stored key is not deleted. To change a key, type the new one; to remove one entirely, write to the Resto4 team.
