Subscription¶
Resto4 runs on a monthly or yearly subscription. The subscription status directly affects whether the panel works.
Plans¶
One of three plans is chosen at sign-up: starter, pro, enterprise. Monthly or yearly billing is available; yearly is usually better value. Plan contents and prices are listed, kept current, on the marketing page.
Statuses¶
| Status | Effect in the panel |
|---|---|
| Active | Everything normal |
| Trial | Works normally until the trial expires |
| Past due | The panel works, with a permanent warning bar |
| Cancelled | The panel is locked; pages will not open |
Cancellation closes the whole panel
When a subscription is cancelled, no management screen opens at all — taking orders included. Sort out a billing problem before service hours.
Updating the payment method¶
There is no card-editing screen in the panel. If your card has changed or a charge failed, write to the Resto4 team and a payment link will be sent to you. Once a charge succeeds the “past due” warning clears by itself, and the status can be corrected manually by the platform if needed.
Additional businesses¶
To open a second branch or business, use request an additional business on
the /my-businesses screen. Each business means a separate subscription; menu,
staff and accounting stay independent of one another.
Other reasons the panel closes¶
- The business has been deactivated — the panel address returns 404. Done from the platform side; usually a long closure or the end of a contract.
- Your account has been deactivated — you cannot sign in, but the business keeps running.
